Extended Day Program

We offer an extended day program to accommodate the busy schedules of our families. Children will be cared for by part-time and full-time staff, often in a classroom other than their usual classroom.

*Programs & Costs

  • Early Bird is from 8 to 9 am / $20 per day (pre-registered) / $30 Ad Hoc

  • After School is from 3 to 6 pm / $50 per day (pre-registered) / $65 Ad Hoc

  • Grace Period is from 3 to 3:30 pm / $15 a day (this option is only available pre-paid/no ad hoc)

Sessions

  • Session 1: September - December

  • Session 2: January - March

  • Session 3: April - June

  • Session 4: Summer Camp - July & August

Billing info: Families receive one invoice for the full three-month session of Extended Day services. Invoices are issued up to five days prior to the start of the session and must be paid in full before the first day of the session. Extended Day ad hoc usage is invoiced separately.

Ad hoc use: Ad hoc use accommodated if space is available. Please contact the Educational Directors as soon as you realize you need this service, or early that morning to see if there is room.
