Extended Day Program
More Time at BFS
Our Extended Day programs offer families additional flexibility before and after the regular school day. Children are cared for by BFS staff and enjoy a relaxed extension of their day with opportunities to play, create, spend time with friends, and unwind. Extended Day groups may include children from different classrooms and age groups, creating more opportunities to build relationships across the BFS community.

🌅 Early Bird
8:00–9:00 a.m.
$20/day — Pre-registered
$30/day — Ad hoc
🌇 After School
3:00–6:00 p.m.
$50/day — Pre-registered
$65/day — Ad hoc
🕒 Grace Period
3:00–3:30 p.m.
$15/day — Pre-registered only
Ad hoc care is not available for Grace Period.
📅 Extended Day Sessions
Families register for Extended Day by session:
Session 1 — September–December
Session 2 — January–March
Session 3 — April–June
Session 4 — Summer Camp, July–August
Registration information and deadlines are shared with families before each session begins.
💳 Billing
Families who pre-register receive one invoice for the full Extended Day session. Invoices are generally issued up to five days before the session begins and must be paid in full before the first day of the session.
Ad hoc Extended Day use is billed separately.

We understand that family schedules can change. Ad hoc Early Bird and After School care may be available for current BFS families when space and staffing allow.
