BFS follows the New York City Department of Education School Calendar, with the exception of clerical half-day closings.
Our school year is September - June and our summer camp program runs for 7 weeks during July and August.
Subscribe to the Calendar
To subscribe via Google Calendar
Go to “Other Calendars” and click on the ‘+’
Click on ‘From URL’
In the ‘URL of Calendar’ box, put this: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/brooklynfreespace.org_hfh4a0ov0sbn5guqpvdk5k8q1c%40group.calendar.google.com/public/basic.ics
Click ‘Add Calendar’
To subscribe via Apple Calendar
Open the Calendar application
Click on File -> ‘New Calendar Subscription’
In the ‘Calendar URL’ box input this URL: https://calendar.google.com/calendar/ical/brooklynfreespace.org_hfh4a0ov0sbn5guqpvdk5k8q1c%40group.calendar.google.com/public/basic.ics
Click ‘Subscribe’ and then click ‘OK’
