Brooklyn Free Space is a cooperative preschool, and families play an important role in the life of our school.
The Steering Committee is made up of BFS parent members who help support the cooperative community. Working alongside BFS leadership, Steering helps bring families together, encourage family participation, and support the events, fundraising, membership, and community-building efforts that are an important part of BFS.

Steering helps support the family and cooperative life of BFS. Members take on different areas of responsibility and work together with BFS leadership and families to strengthen our community.
